Approaching 20 years in business, O'Brien Design & Build is constantly evolving and strives to provide an innovative and fresh approach to building and design. With roots in Victorian Restoration in New England for 15 years, we have transformed to incorporate a modern edge to new building and remodeling. We pursue current trends in design and new "green" or environmentally friendly materials and applications. We currently have excellent relationships with architects and other tradespeople in Seattle and use these contacts to share nothing but the best work, experience, and knowledge with our clients. Having built and remodeled restaurants, bars and retail properties, in addition to many diverse residential projects, in New England and Seattle, we have a diverse portfolio of work and experience in quite a wide range.
